Public open house is on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
--During the listing period, your house should be ready for showing at all times
--Turn on all lights, even during the day and open all drapes and blinds
--Turn off the TV and play some classical or light music
--Ask your friends if they can look after your pets and remove them from showings
--Neutralize all odours by using plug ins
--Leave windows and mirrors sparkling
--You can safely leave your home to me to do the open house
